Typical materials used for increasing wear life and maintenance intervals are Hardox® 400, Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500. Heel shrouds made out of heavy-gauge Hardox® HiTuf achieve great results due to a combination of wear resistance and impact toughness. In the wear bars, you can benefit from our high-end grades, such as Hardox® 600 and Duroxite™, which both offer excellent sliding wear resistance.
