By taking our 3D equipment measurements into a finite element flow analysis to discover the optimum wear configuration for that piece’s specific function — as well as doing any needed reverse engineering — we’ll fully develop the upgraded, retrofit design. Then we confirm our design by using 3D visualization of deformations and deviations in the repaired components.
We’ll present you with 3D visualizations of the equipment’s previous design and newly proposed design — in operation and over time. You’ll then be able to review our operational cost analyses showing different options for SSAB Hardox® grades and/or Duroxite® overlays.
We will then manufacture your upgraded, retrofit wear balance part or kit solution — on time and on budget — with an optimized fit, complete with isometric drawings with coding of components for spare parts management.
