In accordance with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB’s Rule Book for Issuers, SSAB AB hereby announces, through a press release, the content of the notice to attend SSAB’s Annual General Meeting on April 12, 2013.
The Notice to attend the Annual General Meeting will be published on www.ssab.com/agm2013 on March 6, 2013 and in the Official Swedish Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on March 8, 2013.
The fact that notice has been issued will be announced in Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet on March 8, 2013.
