Dragline buckets in Hardox® wear plate
You can significantly enhance the performance of dragline bucket components like liner packages, heel shrouds and wear bars with better materials.
Typical materials used for increasing wear life and maintenance intervals are Hardox® 400, Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500. Heel shrouds made out of heavy-gauge Hardox® HiTuf achieve great results due to a combination of wear resistance and impact toughness. In the wear bars, you can benefit from our high-end grades, such as Hardox® 600 and Duroxite™, which both offer excellent sliding wear resistance.
