Toolox® 44

Toolox® 44 is a prehardened steel highly suitable for high-performing machine parts of all sizes and shapes. The steel’s cleanliness, low carbide content and vibration dampening properties all work together to provide excellent machinability and reduced wear on tool inserts even in the fastest and most powerful CNC machines.

      Toolox® 33

      Toolox® 33 is used in a wide variety of molds and dies. The steel will not warp even after extensive machining to create complex mold and die shapes. It’s has equal hardness throughout the material and high impact toughness for longtime molding, stamping, punching, forging and casting operations, also at high temperatures.
