From single components to full assemblies

SSAB Steel Service Center Vancouver offers fast-turnaround thermal cutting of thin and thick plates on five high-quality thermal-cutting machines. We have expertise in the machining, welding, forming, laser cutting and water-jet cutting of Hardox® wear plate, Strenx® performance steel, Duroxite® overlay and Toolox® engineering and tool steel. Plus, we can capture and process FARO scans to produce fast and accurate liner kit packages for repair applications.

We offer our customers steel forming, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, shot blasting and more through outside vendors. We can manage all these processes for our customers, or recommend experienced facilities if the customer prefers to manage these operations themselves.

Wear part repairs, rebuilds and re-engineering

  • Onsite equipment measurement using FARO 3D scanning, imaging, and realization technology to produce CAD drawings for your approval prior to any steel processing
