Introducing Toolox® 46 round bars with higher heat resistance

We have tweaked the alloying recipe and created Toolox® 46 round bars with improved performance in hot work tooling applications. It has a hardness of 430-490 HBW and the same easy machining properties as other Toolox® products. Get in touch if you like to try it!

          Toolox® 33

          Toolox® 33 is used in a wide variety of molds and dies. The steel will not warp even after extensive machining to create complex mold and die shapes. It’s has equal hardness throughout the material and high impact toughness for longtime molding, stamping, punching, forging and casting operations, also at high temperatures.
