Duroxite® 100

The Duroxite® 100 hardfacing overlay plate is suitable for severe abrasive wear and moderate to low impact applications. The multiple-layer overlay is also capable of maintaining full wear resistance up to 350°C. Duroxite® 100 have wear properties that guaranteed down to 75% of the overlay thickness and 25% remaining of overlay to maintain good bonding to the base material. For overlay thickness its guarantees within 10%.
