Repayment of SPP Pension Premiums

Repayment of SPP Pension Premiums Alecta today has announced that Alecta as from 3 October 2002 will tempoarily freeze all repayment of SPP premiums previously paid for. No information is available on how long this temporary freezing might be. The consolidated balance sheet of August 31st includes receivables amounting to SEK Million 387 concerning future repayment of these funds. There is an agreement with Alecta that nearly SEK Million 100 this amount will not affected by the freezing and thus will be disbursed during 2002 and 2003. A revaluation of these receivables concerning Alecta will as usual be done in the interim report for the first three quarters that will be published on 23 October 2002.
