Design and installation manual for RR® and RD® piles

All available country and language versions of Design and installation manual for RR and RD piles have updated. There have been several small updates due to changes in product range, i.e.:

    -new RR270 and RRs170/12.5 pile elements with mechanical splices are now included in the manual
    -dimensions of new grouting shoe for RR115 pile size has been added
    -a new possible weld consumable for S550J2H steel grade has been added

Manual for standard pile caps (Finland)

Also manual for standard pile caps has been updated. This manual is available only in Finnish and only according to Finland’s national annexes to Eurocode design standards. Manual contains several ready calculated pile caps for SSAB steel piles. The calculations have been done according to the struts-and-tie model and reduced strength of concrete on top of the bearing plates has been considered.

    -new RRs170/12.5 pile size has been added to tables of pile caps with 2, 3, 4 and 5 piles
    -RR220/10 in PTL3 has been added to table of pile caps with 2 piles
    -beside U shaped lacers, also L shaped lacers are now available
    -several small updates and fine tuning of text to be more clear

There are also AutoCAD .dwg files available for all the pile caps. In addition, these .dwg files have updated to be in line with this new version of the manual.

Tekla Structures component for standard pile caps has also updated. Tekla Structures components can be downloaded from Tekla Warehouse.
