Change in SSAB’s Group Executive Committee

January 09, 2013 12:00 CET
SSAB’s Chief Technical Officer KG Ramström is to leave his position. He has been appointed CEO of the IT consulting company Prevas, with effect from April 1.

KG Ramström has been employed at SSAB since 2008, initially as head of the then SSAB Plate division, thereafter as head of marketing, and as Chief Technical Officer since 2012. He has been a member of SSAB’s Group Executive Committee throughout the entire period.

“KG’s endeavours have been very much appreciated and he has contributed to SSAB's development in many ways. Now that he has chosen to move on, naturally I would like to wish him all the very best,” says SSAB’s CEO Martin Lindqvist.

KG Ramström will finish on April 1, and work on recruiting a successor has already begun.
