Fine imposed on SSAB by OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm's Disciplinary Committee

SSAB notes that the Disciplinary Committee has imposed a fine equivalent to one year's fee following the leak that occurred in connection with the publication of the company's report for the third quarter of 2007. SSAB has undertaken extensive measures and strengthened its security procedures in order to avoid the repetition of any such incident in the future.
