Resolutions Adopted at the SSAB General Meeting

Resolutions Adopted at the SSAB General Meeting New Board Members Carl Bennet and Matti Sundberg were elected as new members of the Board of Directors. Sverker Martin-Löf, Anders G Carlberg, Per-Olof Eriksson, Marianne Nivert, Anders Nyrén and Anders Ullberg were re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors. Sven-Åke Johansson and Jan Sjöqvist declined re-election. Dividend The General Meeting decided upon a dividend of 6 kronor per share. It is estimated that disbursement of dividends will take place through VPC on the 29th of April.
