After that he was in charge of SSAB Oxelösund´s sales organization in the Far East before he was appointed President in 2000. Bengt Nilsson, born in 1961, is technical physicist graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In 1999 he was appointed President for Uddeholm Tooling. - I am very pleased that Anders Werme and Bengt Nilsson have accepted to take over the responsibility for the two steel producing companies within the SSAB Group, says Anders Ullberg, President and CEO of the SSAB Group, in his comment on the appointments. With their backgrounds both of them have excellent qualifications to succeed in securing and continuing the niche orientation towards our most high- strength products both within strip steel and heavy plate.
