Industrivärden issues Options to SSAB Group Management

Industrivärden issues Options to SSAB Group Management SSAB's Group management has undertaken to acquire call options in SSAB during a four-year period. This is the third year that call options are being purchased under the programme. Industrivärden, in its capacity as a major shareholder in SSAB, has also this year offered Group management the opportunity to purchase call options in SSAB in accordance with market terms and conditions. The purpose is to promote the management's involvement in, and commitment to, the company. The allocation has involved a total of 55,637 call options, of which 24,591 have been purchased by President Anders Ullberg, and total of 31,046 have been purchased by other members of Group management. Each option entitles the holder to purchase one class A share at a price of SEK 141 during the period 25 May 2001 - 31 May 2006. Handelsbanken Investment Banking has calculated a market price for the options at SEK 12.20 per option.
