Calculation of cross-section properties and bending resistances of the pile walls is easy with SSAB’s PileWallCalc design tool. The program calculates the bending resistances and normal force resistances of SSAB’s RD pile wall (DTH drilled pipe pile wall), Combi wall and Zig-Zag Combi wall. Calculations are done according to Eurocode design codes and they cover the National Annexes of several countries. Webinar presents best practices for using PileWallCalc design tool.

Antti Perälä
Technology Manager, SSAB
Antti Perälä is responsible for the technical support of SSAB's Steel pile products. Antti has Master's degree in structural engineering and has many years of experience in construction engineering and geotechnical design. He lectures part-time at the Faculty of Built Environment at the University of Tampere. In his daily work, he also holds seminars for customers and designers both in Finland and elsewhere in Europe.
