Oțel fără materii prime fosile de la SSAB, disponibil până în 2026
SSAB este membră a proiectului Joint Venture HYBRIT, al cărui scop este de a revoluționa industria oțelului cu oțeluri nefosile până în 2026.
Va rezulta prima tehnologie de producție a oțelului fără materii prime fosile din lume, virtual fără amprentă de carbon. Produsul secundar al procesului de fabricare a oțelului ar fi apa, nu dioxidul de carbon.
