Hardox® wear plate for mining shovels, mining draglines and bulldozer blades for surface mining equipment

Wear components in the main blades and bolt-on blades of dozers and graders will benefit enormously from either replacing them with Hardox®400 to increase wear life, or upgrading to Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500.

In mining shovels and mining draglines, use Hardox® wear plate and Strenx™ performance steel to maximize wear resistance as well as impact toughness in hinges and other structural parts.
Strenx™ steel and Hardox® wear-resistant plate combine high toughness, thickness and low carbon equivalents for good weldability. Both come in a wide dimensional range in thicknesses up to 130 mm (5.12 in.) and 160 mm (6.30 in.).
