1) Hardness is measured, according to EN ISO 6506-1. The measurement is performed on a milled surface 12.5 mm below the ordered surface for forged blocks and round bars. Bar hardness is measured with indents positioned as impact test according to EN 10083. For plate the measurment is preformed on a milled surface 0.5 - 2 mm below the surface.

Toolox®板材的公差符合Toolox®平整度担保标准，该标准比EN 10029 N类（L型钢）更为严格。
Toolox®锻块的最大可接受平整度偏差为1 mm/m。
Toolox® 钢板符合 EN 10163-2 B 级、子级 3 标准。
Toolox® 锻造块的表面状态为机加工表面加涂油。
圆棒的表面状态为车削并涂油处理。
已经进行淬火和回火，在最低590°C的温度，保证性能不变
