    General Product Description

    The ERB 120 and 120+ are mostly used for mining applications.

    The tube thickness is 2 mm.The bolts are delivered in bundles of 100 bolts per bundle. The bolts have a load capacity of 120 kN.

    The ERB 120+ is made of special steel and has gone through a precise annealing process to give the bolts excellent elongation characteristics whilst maintaining good load bearing capacity. This gives the 120+ better capacity to follow rock deformation with squeezing ground or high strain concentration areas. The products are available within the length range of 1.5 - 4.0 meters.

    Advantages using ERB:

    • Provides immediate and full support action
    • Accommodates large rock movements and still maintain its high load bearing capacity
    • High deformability to accommodate ground movements in tension as well as in shear

            Delivery Conditions

            Dry/oiled/ plastic coated. SSAB ERB bolts are delivered bundled. ERB 120 and ERB 120+ are delivered in bundles of 100 bolts per bundle as standard.
