“The participants are assessed twice a year. The assessment is made based on the results of the projects carried out and on whether you’ve developed the skills that characterize a successful business developer – for example, problem solving, communication and leadership.

The exact length of the program depends on the performance of the individual, the development of the projects and the positions that need to be filled. Together with the individual involved, we plan a suitable conclusion and a role which will facilitate a continued successful career at SSAB.

The project has in no way any objective to train members of the Group Executive Committee. It is, though, very pleasing to note that currently two former participants in the program are members of SSAB's Group Executive Committee."
