Practice is freedom

We have a large number of trained job supervisors who accompany and provide you with training during your WPE (Workplace Education). 
At our plants in Borlänge, Luleå and Oxelösund, a meaningful WPE is possible and you have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.  Each year, a large number of students from professional-oriented programmes practice with us.
WPE places are available at several of our divisions, e.g. vehicle workshops, central workshops, coking plants, power stations, blast furnaces, steel mills, rolling mills and office services.

With us, you get the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.  Both theory and active participation in various work elements are interwoven.  To help you, you have a professional supervisor who guides you in the daily work.
