The recruitment and development of well educated and motivated employees is a crucial success factor for SSAB.  Thus, at SSAB we devote much energy to making SSAB an attractive place to work.  We work based on a long-term perspective and systematically in order bring the school and SSAB closer to each other.

SSAB cooperates with the nine-year compulsory schools and senior high schools in the towns and cities in which we conduct operations.  We wish to stimulate the approach to natural sciences and technology among young people.
