These products are manufactured at two steelworks in the U.S. at Mobile, Alabama and Montpelier, Iowa. There are also steel processing plants at Houston, Texas and St. Paul, Minnesota in the U.S. and at Montreal, Quebec in Canada. The SSAB Americas research center is located at Montpelier in Iowa as well.
The crude steel capacity of SSAB Americas is approximately 2.5 million tons.
