The buildings next door to Swedish private equity company Ratos' headquarters at Drottninggatan 2 in Stockholm do not exactly house your run of the mill neighbors. On the left is Rosenbad, the seat of the Swedish Government, and on the right is the Sager House, the official residence of the Prime Minister of Sweden. The copper roof on the Ratos building needed to be replaced with a more modern roofing material appropriate for a grand old building steeped in tradition.
