Syd-Långö is a beautiful holiday resort in the Bohuslän archipelago with idyllic scenery, a great variety of fishing and bathing facilities making it a perfect holiday destination.
Syd-Långö is primarily a holiday island for SSAB and Electrolux Group employees, pensioners and their families. Pending space availability external guests are also welcome.
In the autumn of 1952, Gränges purchased the island. It became available to workers as a holiday home. In 1978, Gränges transferred the resort to the newly formed SSAB. Shortly thereafter, Electrlux took over Gränges' share of the resort.
The holiday home is open during the months of June, July and August. The home can accomodate about 100 guests at the one time.
