Toolox 44

Toolox 44 is a quenched and tempered tool steel with very low residual stresses. In spite of a hardness of 45 HRC it boasts very good machinability and is unmatched on the market. Toolox 44 has a hardness and purity which enable it to be polished and etched with excellent results.

Toolox 33

Toolox 33 is a quenched and tempered tool steel, designed to have low residual stresses – resulting in good dimensional stability. It is characterised by its extremely good machinability, in combination with a 300 Brinell hardness.

Toolox 33 has the same strength and hardness as W.nr P20, 1.2311 / 1.2312 / 1.2738, etc. and far better toughness.
