What is your educational background?
“I completed the 3-year Technology program, which included work experience at several companies, and SSAB was one of them.”˘

What do you think of your development at SSAB so far?
“I started eight years ago as an operator at Metal Coating Line 2 and learned how to work on almost the entire line. After four years I switched to unloading in Cut-to-Length, where I’m happy as a clam. I think it's an interesting and stimulating job, especially now that it’s soon time for the new line, Cut-to-Length 4, which will be completed in 2012.”

How do you see your future at SSAB?
“It’s bright. There are many opportunities to try a variety of interesting duties and if you do your best and show that you want to advance, the company invests in you. There are lots of opportunities to develop, both personally and professionally.”
